Occupy Poetry

Flatpack Incarnate

BY Saira Viola

Death like uniformity

Chills the sleek lines

No dust ,

No explication

No frothy family motifs

A boiling austerity

Strips away the chintz

And small time ambition of the greasy herd

They cling to the mill

Their voices like scattered stars chained to the elbow of

Nothing .
